Currently, the St. Louis Airport Marriott is hiring for the following positions:

  • Housekeeper: Ensure that all guestrooms and bathrooms are cleaned to the Company standards both in quality and in quantity. Replace any used amenities and report any maintenance concerns. Completely re-stock cart at end of every shift. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule.
  • Host/Hostess: Responsible for greeting guests and guiding to seating area. Takes reservations and coordinates sittings. Maintains table charts, assists in the overall sanitation of entrance and lounge areas. Instructs dining room attendants of tables that need attention when necessary. Ensure that guest checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule.
  • Room Service Server: Responsible for receiving and setting up room service orders and delivering and serving food and beverage items in guest rooms. Ensures that guest checks are handled accurately and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist room service staff in stocking supplies setting up orders and delivering food and beverage items as requested in a timely manner. Ensure that guest checks are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Floor sweeps are periodically completed to retrieve room service items. Must have excellent guest service skills and be available to work a flexible schedule.
  • Server: Responsible for greeting and serving guests following the Company's service standards procedures. Provides guests with information on the menu, wine list, specials, etc. Uses point of sales system; ensuring order is placed completely and correctly. Follows proper cash/credit procedures. Complete all side work daily and bus tables when necessary. Must have excellent guest service skills and be available to work a flexible schedule. Must meet all state and federals legal requirements as they relate to the position.
