The Marriott Metro Center is currently hiring:
- Guest Service Aide: Responsible for attending to guests of the hotel by greeting and assisting with luggage, packages, valet, or general inquiries. Arranges transportation on behalf of the guest; provides directions to local points of interest. Must be knowledgeable about the hotel, its amenities and the local area. Position requires exceptional guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Door Attendant: Responsible for attending to guests of the hotel by greeting and assisting with luggage, packages, valet, or general inquiries. Arranges transportation on behalf of the guest; provides directions to local points of interest. Must be knowledgeable about the hotel, its amenities and the local area. Position requires exceptional guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
- Loss Prevention Officer: Working to provide a safe and secure environment for guests, associates and property. Patrols the entire property, responds to emergency situations and assists guests and associates when requested. Must maintain all records according to State and Federal regulations. Responsible for enforcing policies and procedures to safeguard lives and property. Previous Loss Prevention experience preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Knowledge of use of AED (Automatic External Defibrillator) is a plus. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work a flexible schedule.
