The Rooms Supervisor is responsible for leading staff in completing shift responsibilities. Greets guests and is available to check them in/out and respond to any questions/requests. Needs to be very knowledgeable about the hotel and local area. Be able to perform cash/credit responsibilities following established procedures. Distributes information in a timely and professional manner. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
