Guest Service Representative - Courtyard (Wilmington, DE)

The Guest Service Representative is responsible for check in and check out services to hotel guests. Ensures that charges are accurately posted to guest rooms, credit card are verified and assigned bank (cash drawer) balances at the end of the shift. Ensures all cash handling procedures are followed. Responsible for maintaining guest privacy and ensuring guest security with respect to credit card and guest room number privacy. Answers front desk telephone, directing calls as needed. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Works to quickly resolve guest issues, questions, or concerns, escalating as appropriate. Must posses ability to communicate clearly with guests, present a professional and hospitable image following the company standards, and provide excellent guest service.
