Door Attendant - Renaissance Harborplace Hotel

The Door Attendant is responsible for attending to guests of the hotel by greeting and assisting with luggage, packages, valet, or general inquiries. Arranges transportation on behalf of the guest; provides directions to local points of interest. Must be knowledgeable about the hotel, its amenities and the local area. Position requires exceptional guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
