HVAC/R or CFC Certified Maintenance Mechanic: Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible schedule; CFC certification required. This position pays $19.89/hour.

• Maintenance Mechanic: Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible schedule. CFC certification required.
  


• Laundry Washer: Responsible to sort, wash, press and fold linen and towels. Delivers guest and associate laundry and organizes dry cleaning pick-up and returns. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
  


• Preventative Maintenance: Responsible for hotel guestroom preventative maintenance and assists in the repair and maintenance of hotel equipment. Responds to calls to resolve guest problems and safety issues. May require a specialty in a specific building trade (electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, etc) and a foundational knowledge of general maintenance. Position requires excellent guest service skills and must be available to work flexible schedule.
  


• Banquet Server: Responsible for assisiting in the set up of function rooms, providing service during the function (serve plated meals, tend food stations, etc.), and clean-up and break down of rooms. Sets up coffee breaks and bars as needed. Position requires excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
