Checks locks, air conditioning, telephones, lighting, STSN, television and movie systems, other preventative maintenance; making repairs as necessary. Position requires knowledge of general maintenance (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.), must be familiar with general repair of small commercial equipment; excellent guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
